We welcome you to host your next meeting in the beautiful, restored EMERGE Career and Technology Center! Built in 1894 to house the North Branch Library, the EMERGE Career and Technology Center was restored in 2015 and remains on the National Historic Register. It features fireplaces, original brick, art glass windows, and other historic details. These meeting spaces will add character and historical charm to your meeting or event! Special rates for EMERGE partners or organizations hosting Northside community groups.

We have four rooms available for rent.
Phillips Community Room
The Phillips Room is our premiere event space. It features cathedral ceilings, historic fireplace, glass walls, a kitchenette off of the room, and a built in projector and screen.
Cost: $60/hr | $400/day
The Boardroom is connected to the Phillips room by a glass wall. Two large sets of glass doors can be kept open for events. Larger events may choose to rent both rooms. The Boardroom is also perfect for a smaller meeting space, featuring glass doors, restored art deco windows, and plenty of sun. The room includes an AV monitor.
Cost: $15/hr | $100/day
The East Classroom is a spacious classroom-style meeting space. It features high ceilings and projection/sound. Laptops are available to rent for an additional $25.
Cost: $25/hr | $125/day
The West Classroom is a spacious classroom-style computer lab. It features high ceilings, desktop computers, and projection/sound.
Cost: $30/hr | $150/day
